Are you aware that anyone in Pennsylvania who land applies manure, via pasture or mechanically, is required to have a manure management plan? This would include something as simple as one horse. Although required, these plans can be very quickly and easily put together. They can even save you money. They are also YOUR plans. They will be kept in your files and will help protect you if for any reason DEP were to stop at your place. The Bradford County Conservation District is here to help you with those plans.
